Membership in the Florida Bar is required.Duties:Represent clients in estate planning, civil litigation, and family law cases.Conduct legal research using Westlaw, the Internet, and other relevant sources.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various legal matters.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Florida Bar.At least 1 year of experience practicing law, preferably in estate planning, civil litigation, or family law.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficiency in legal research techniques and tools.Strong understanding of litigation procedure.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Membership in the Florida Bar.Skills:Superior oral and written communication skills.Proficiency in legal research utilizing Westlaw, Internet, and other sources.Knowledge of estate planning, civil litigation, and family law.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
